I picked up a used Arrow X2-31C recently and I’m trying to determine the year the chassis was made. The only numbers I can find on the chassis are located on an oval shaped “tag” that’s welded onto the crossbar near the bottom rear of the seat. The tag reads A18200.
Any thoughts?
