I have little to no space between the front Axle and the frame

I have little to no space between the front axle and the frame is this normal?

Not normal. Looks like the Cs have been crushed. Like someone lost the spacers that should be in there and just hammered the impact to crush the C to make it fit the spindle tightly. There should be spacers/washers in there, on top and bottom of the spindle to adjust ride height. I think this is probably still fine to use, but you don’t have ride height adjustment anymore.

So i also with a lot of carefullness cant bend it al little bit back to its original position or is that a bad idea looks like its just al Tiny bit bent

You could try to bend it back to fit washers in there. There should be about 5-8mm of space on either side of the spindle.

Honestly if it isn’t binding when you turn, I probably wouldn’t worry too much about it. Adjusting front ride height is not an adjustment most people make very often, unless you are experienced.

If you run in the wet, very cold, or extreme grip conditions you might want this adjustment. But TJ is right 95% of the time standard height is where it’s gonna be.

Well i mean its on the stand now for the first time but its a little bit stiff on the wheel like it can just stay without falling down because of gravity

I mean as like if you try to push the wheel it stops in place but its just a teeeeeeny bit right like almost not noticeable except when you have it on a stand ill send a video in a little bit

Well i cant send video’s but i hope you get the picture

I’d think it’d be stiff. Normally the spacers just sit on the inner ring of the bearing so the stub can rotate around it. With the way you have it now, the whole bearing is pressed against the c which I’d think would make it quite stiff.

I’d try bending it back personally.

I’d try bending it back with a homemade spreader using a large bolt, two nuts, and two large washers. Turn the nuts to apply the spreading force. If the washers are large and thick enough, it should retain a good enough shape.

Thanks looks like a good idea Will try

How do i know when its good enough should i turn until the washers are straight against te pushing part

I’d try to get the top and bottom arms at least close to parallel to each other. Right now, you can see that it is really pinched. If the ride height is uneven left-to-right, it will really give you a lot of handling problems, so I’d try to get them as straight (relative to new) as possible. You can shim with some washers and get it dialed in, too.

I am trying this right now but it wont stay in place or should i leave it like this for a day and then take it off

Do you mean it bends back? You have to go past where you want it so it bends back to the correct place. Leaving it tight longer won’t help unless you hold heat on it at the same time, and I do not recommend that.

Yeah okay that actually makes sense i Will bend it further back

Looks alot better right?

Looks like the wrong spindels for the frame, it could be an fairly Old frame where someone have fitted new spindels to it.
