Centrifugal clutch won't let go

When you spin the wheels by hand, is there a tight spot?

With the engine not running, will turning the wheels cause the piston to move?

Jim, there is no tight spot. Tony, up on jack stands, when I turn the wheels nothing else turns. Just the wheels and the outside of the clutch.

Thanks for coming back and updating us

By off she went, I meant without me on it. Idle is set as low as it can go without stalling. Even with me sitting on it the wheels still turn. I followed the install directions. Chain is not too tight. I have no idea why this is happening. All your input is welcome.

I figured it out everyone. The throttle spring was hooked on the wrong hole. Slight overlook by me when going over motor. This thing is soooooooooooo fast!!!

thanks all
