Hey guys, here are a couple videos of how I do my neck exercises. It’s important to add a little resistance to mimic the load levels you experience during races. By adding a little manual resistance to it as well, you can manipulate the direction of load so that it’s always opposite your head movement. I used a plate for the front flexion video, but I normally use a slam ball like in the lateral flexion video.
Adding shrugs is absolutely money. The trap muscles provide major support for the neck structure.
