That was a fun quali. Yuki and Albon with BIG laps. And crazy to see Max drag that Red Bull that high up. It doesn’t look easy to drive.

Rookie Lawson instead of Tsunoda is looking like a pretty good decision right now. 
Always has been a stupid decision.
I for one can’t wait for some chaos!
RBR really does not seem to want Tsunoda to drive the other car. Probably because of his Honda ties and the fact that he will likely follow them out in 26? Doesn’t make sense otherwise, he has outperformed every teammate they “tested” him against after Gasly.
As for Lawson I can’t say I’m surprised, he spent 4 years in F2 doing nothing. Then again they didn’t hire him for his talent, they hired him because they want someone to stay out of Max’s way, bring the car home and consistently bring the car home in the points. Perez was doing the first well, but not the second and third, and this is what got him fired.
Rough start for Hadjar. Reminds me of why we don’t allow tire scrubbing at our club.

What a race, absolutely incredible from start to finish
It was a bit processional for a stint but boy it boiled up and got tense! Lots of action and chaos. Fun race.
McLaren with some really mixed messaging to Oscar.
Ferrari doing their thing on strategy.
Big early points for the smaller teams.
Paddock must have looked like a junkyard after all the cars made it back off the tow trucks.
