Agree 
I run my KT between 1.75-2 turns out on the low, .5 on the high. I don’t touch the high for starts; only adjust as needed on the track.

Hi, all,
I went to the track today and as most of you had suggested, it was the carb base settings.
I set them 1 1/2 open for Low and closed for High while starting it and then setting 1/4 for High.
Kart started and worked without any issues, I really appreciate all of your suggestions
