You reminded me that I have heard of folks having air leaks at the plastic spacer between the reed block and the cases. That is a good place the check.

@2.5 is needle clip position. and the b48 is inner and 60 is outer pilot. If you google dellorto needle clip position there is lots of great pictures that show exactly what the positions are. but they are in 1,2,3,4,etc… the .5 comes from using the washer that is with the needle.

Before I sold my Kz I ran K23, DP268, CD1 and 175. Rocket, really good bottom end as well

It’s on the playstore. It was a godsend for me when I was newer to Kz.
I also have a more expensive jetting software, but that cost approx €400 from nt project.

To me it looks like you were too lean and you detonated the piston. I had that happen with less than 2hrs on the top end. Turns out was bad gas
