Yeah, walking (and talking) represents ultimate mastery. To your point, I was marveling at the flood of information that comes at you as you navigate your commute, the constant juking and jibing of pedestrian traffic.
All of the things that are in play in driving are in play here: how you observe the world, how you handle your mass, available grip, etc. We somehow have learned to hand the majority of walking/talking to our stigs.
