I don’t have any informed thoughts because I am new to the whole kart ownership and OTK production line. But I do know until I figure a solution, I am just going to hand ratchet the nuts down. And I still need to order some more nuts. But I want to bulk order everything at once so I am trying to figure out what I want to order and how much of everything I need.

I just use a T handle nut driver on the wheel nuts, no impact for me.

Are they really copper or steel plated copper colour? Magnet?
I’ll check next time I’m near the kart and let you know.

Just checked - the nuts I bought from Mondokart are attracted to magnets. So, they are steel plated copper color.
