Sliding, a no-no in all situations, or "there's alway an exception to every rule"?

Yep. I occasionally get loose in braking with no noticeable detriment. Also rotating during an inside entry pass can get a little “interesting” sometimes. As others have more or less said, sliding in the right places can be ok. Sliding on power past the apex is typically not ideal.

Think there’s universal agreement that just about anything goes if making the pass is important enough. :grin:
