There is an agreement that gets filled out and signed per event and a $500 damage deposit that is refunded if you don’t tear anything up. There is also a credit card authorization form that gets filled out in case the $500 doesn’t cover it.
When Ghost Racing did A&D, we had a liability waiver drafted by a lawyer and then a “you break it, you buy it” “contract” signed before anyone sat in the kart.
With A+D (even rentals, technically, some places sell waiver) it’s almost always a given that you break it you repair it. But not all operators make that clear.
