OVKA Race 1 this weekend, and we had a good field of 13 karts in 100cc Sr (KA100 & VLR). I managed to draft Ethan to nab Pole position for the Pre-Final, but ended up 5th after taking too much curb fighting for 2nd. In the Final I finished 4th on the track but ended up 3rd after penalties.
Ethan finished 4th in the PreFinal and was unfortunately involved in the penalty that gave me the podium spot.

Got the final up! I’ve always used PC’s, but switching to a Mac hasn’t been that tough, just a little weird. The Insta360 software works pretty well on a Mac Mini. My process has been to put together the 360 footage how I want it in the Insta360 software, then export. Open file up in iMovie to do the final edit, add commentary, transitions, etc.

Not a video, but a video-related question: does anyone have experience with mounting the camera directly to the radiator, using something like this?
If yes, I would also appreciate a video with the camera in that position.
I’ve never used that mount but I used to mount it on the radiator like that just with a sticky pad and some safety wire. No issues.

OVKA Race 2 at G&J Kartway. We had a 12 kart 100cc Masters field. I finished 2nd and Ethan finished 5th on the day. Great racing all around with a good group of guys. We had another great turnout weekend, with 111 entries and another 30+ kart 206 senior field.
