I have left my gokart as it was from last testing fuel in the lines etc but drained the water. Will it start??
It’ll probably start just fine, but I’d swap out the diaphragms in the carb before getting on track as a precaution.

Try starting it and see if it fires up.
Old fuel/oil can eat away at the gaskets in the carb and gum up the lines. Best practice is to drain the lines and carb if it’s going to be sitting for a while.
Throw a diaphragm kit in there, and while you’re changing it make sure the needle is moving smoothly and sealing properly.
