And the final piece of the puzzle - the pulse line. Drilled and tapped the cylinder with 1/8 NPT.
I buttoned it up last night and she fired up with 3 pulls of the strap. Now we shake it down and find out what survives and what doesn’t.

hell yeah! that looks like a blast!!
Sounds great! Speed wise is it like ka or x30?
In road racing the TaG 125s like an X30 tend to be faster in top speed than the 80 shifters. Early reports of the new Motori Seven 85cc shifter say that the speed of the 85 is similar to a KA100. I imagine a 65cc shifter should be more around the speed of a KA.
On day two, similar to KA junior times at the home track with crap tires. I am comparing that to a national kid who moved into junior this year and knows the track well. I was hoping we would be able to outrun the juniors and beat up on some slow seniors, but maybe not. It is running very rich - which I am OK with for the moment. I do not have any jets and because the setup was for an aftermarket pipe and silencer, my guess was they were throwing more fuel at it. I have not scaled the setup, so not sure of weight. But I am guessing around 250lb.
There were some inconsistences in shifting because they J-arm I put together was too flimsy. He would go to shift and the bracket would bend instead of shifting. It just kept getting worse on day two. At least he told me it was not shifting correctly. If I can get the arm fixed by this weekend, we are planning on having a go at Speedsportz.
I was amazed out how quickly he picked up shifting. I think there is maybe some time hidden in the brakes. I need to watch where he brakes next time.
