Alfano 6 not reading rpm around the start finish line

Anybody know how to fix alfano 6 not reading rpms about 50 feet before and after start finish but is reading everywhere else

Most likely an isolated issue with the track, never heard of said issue at any of the multiple tracks I’ve run my Alfano on. Is anyone else having this issue?

Do they have the magnetic strip in the track? How many times do you have it wrapped around your spark plug wire?

I have it wrapped about 3ish times

Same as on my 206 but never have any issues woth rpm on the 206 on same track. Could it be a software update needed?

Wrap it a lot tighter and about 4-5 more times.
