Question: does straightening chassis weaken metal in a way? Is there only so many times you can straighten before it becomes a noodle?
Yes. For an extreme example, bend a paperclip back and forth a a few times, and you’ll feel it start to get easier and easier before it snaps.
One saving grace with karts is that they don’t always bend at the same place every time unless you are just murdering the same curb every outing. Just because it has been straightened five times doesn’t mean it has or has not bent the same area five times or five different areas one time.

He used to be called 2nd II None Racing with a full retail shop and more active online. Since he’s retired now, he does it for fun and doesn’t seem to need to advertise to get the amount of business he needs.
