Im new here in karting and searching in apps i see several app for jetting the carburetor of my dd2 evo, but i dont know what is the best (now im using the official app ) but i have see there are two other apps (isenet and jetlab). is there any diference between that two apps and the official?
In the screenshot i see that have more settings to play (like the needle position). I want a APP to make it like plug and play before training or racing with the best perfomance.
I just use the “official” app. But only use it as a general guideline. There are so many factors that come into play that make it imperfect for finding the best jet for your motor:
Are you using the same gasoline:oil mix ratio?
How accurate / what’s the proximity of the weather station data that the app is picking up relative to the weather / elevation where the track is?
Does your 125 (or pick a size) jet flow the same as the 125 jet referenced in the app?
Etc.
The Rotax app will get you close, but you’ll still want to fine tune / test from there.
