Best oil for X30

Castrol A747, cleanest oil in the market, specific for two-stroke competition engines, can’t go wrong with it.

For the $4 price difference I’ll stick with what I know lol. Fear change

Bringing life to this old thread again, with a question.

I have some un-open Elf 909 bottles laying around in my garage. The thing is, here in Europe the winter is cold. Do the oil take damage of cold weather and frost when stored ?. I mean 2T moped engines drives perfectly in the winter , with cold 2T oil.

No. It gets shipped across the North Atlantic to America in either a ship or an airplane without damage.

If it’s really cold the oil could separate from the fuel. If it’s below the temperature allowed by Elf, you’ll have to use an oil like Polaris VES Extreme which is used in snowmobiles.

So when the weather gets warmer, I can still use the oil ? Even if it was stored with frost sometimes this winter ?

It’ll be fine, it’s not hygroscopic so no issues. Unlike brake fluid, for example.
