Is the yellow front bar supposed to be parallel with the back frame rails? I think I may be looking for a frame table trip if so…
Not looking at that drawing. The front bar is above the horizontal frame rails by 15mm assuming a 30mm tube. See the dark black line pointing towards the rear from the bottom of the front bar? Now look at the first circle on the side rail and you see that black line pointing towards the rear?
I’d believe they are level indicators.
Ah ok that makes sense. I do see that now. This is a 28mm cadet chassis.
In this case the area where the brake master is seems much lower then the rest of the frame almost like a frown face. 
so the front is real high, brake area low and goes upwards a bit to the rear where the axle is.
