I’ve started to employ a passive blocking strategy, where I allow my kart to drift after a turn making it harder to pass. I don’t throw my kart directly in front of someone to block (half truth). I think the only time I employ that one is when I’m jockeying for position into turn one at the start of the race, or if I’m on the final lap going down the home stretch.
I think its working as a really fast guy was telling me the last time we ran that I was really hard to pass.
