I would say its possible to use that set up. What brand are you bleeding? On bicycle disk brakes we use syringes at either both ends or one end with a reservoir. Most of these kits have adaptors that can work with kart brakes with a little trial and error. It’s certainly cheaper than the gravity bleeder. Aliexpress sells cheap versions of the bleeder kits as well/ Even a cheap non o-ring syringe creates enough pressure to bleed brakes.
