Hi,
I recently broke my pinky finger’s proximal phalanx, healing seems to be going ok and the doctor said that I should be able to get back driving in around 4-6 weeks. He also suggested to start exercising the hand slowly.
I would like to know if anybody has any experience with this and what can be suggested to ensure a good recovery. Also, would I need to keep using the finger splint or some type of protection on the first races ? If so, how can I use it with the gloves?
