Hi I have an OTK kart with IAME x30 engine and I am having a strange problem that I can’t sort out with chain becoming very tight and looks like it’s warped in one spot as soon as I finish racing once I leave the kart cool down for around 20 mins the chain tension returns to normal again and looks perfect?
I have tried changing sprockets both front and back, Axles and new chain but it still does this.
Would anyone know what could be wrong?

Have you verified the sprocket alignment? Is the engine mount all square?
Yes I have aligned sprocket with laser and used brand new mounts and made sure they are square.
I had a front drive sprocket that was worn out and was ruining chains til i finally figured it out
