Chassis Squareness

Although my chassis has never been crashed, at the beginning of the season I had it checked for straightness, just so I know I’m working from a good foundation. It was not square but twisted around 1 to 1.5 mm or so measured at the rear frame rails but there was no bow and the C-brackets were perfect Note that at tire contact point the twist would be greater.

After the straightening the kart is measurably better not a lot maybe 2 tenths(?) and it handles better in some corners. Since the change was not insignificant, I was curious about how much the inside front drops as function of steering wheel angle. This is what I found.

Which seems to imply that a chassis twist of 1 or 2 mm would affect the handling of a kart.
