Clubman Dry Clutch Issue

Reposting because I’m not sure if the reply’s will be seen on the original post.

I have a clubman with dry clutch. The nut that retains the clutch is threaded onto the end of the axle but it keeps loosening causing everything to fall apart.

Just before the nut loosened while engine was running causing clutch to come apart and wings of the centrifugal clutch to expand and dig into the side of the motor. Hopefully nothings too broken.

How are others clutches retained? And why does mine keep coming off?

The nut threads into the bush. The bush sits inside the sprocket of the clutch and the nut and bush thread onto the drive shaft.
