does anyone have any experience with an offbrand like senzo, righetti, mondo, swift, uk kart store, etc that have a product offering in 50mm that is as stiff as the HH?

Of the brands you mentioned I would lean towards Swift, or another you didn’t list would be PKT. While I haven’t personally done a direct comparison vs. OTK, I know plenty of people that have used either of these brands with good results.
You want a PKT axle, 50-1030 chromoly 2.5 thick.
why not run otk. Locally a swift is more expensive than otk.
