It was being floated as a Superkart TaG when I saw it in 2009. At that point Johnny West had it and was working to get it dialed in. Something with the front end stability made it difficult to drive.
Laydowns are absolutely mental in their own way against superkarts intended for more “traditional” circuits. Multi speed/multi gear designs aren’t particularly common as far as I understand however. Does anyone have any examples of such in mind? I’m not sure if it really goes that much faster, I’m under the assumption that most of these aren’t multispeeds because of the cost and weight penalty of having additional components aren’t worth the potential acceleration improvements in the low speed at the higher speed circuits it’s running at. Does still have me curious about how it might fare at a traditional circuit though

F125 is a laydown class that runs 125 shifter engines. I can’t say what kind of numbers they get these days.
