Hey! I was just doing some routine off-season maintenance and checks and notice a crack or two coming from a seat bolt hole washer. Any ideas on how to approach it like epoxy it, complete fiberglass repair etc. Thanks again!
Small steel washer right at the bolt hole location, sand around the hole and cracks for an inch around the whole cracked area, then laminate six layers of 6 oz/yard carbon fiber and epoxy around the cracked area.

@CB8 do you have load spreading washers on the outside everywhere a bolt passes through? If not get some on there.
Personally I’d fix that by epoxying a big washer on the opposite face.
