DD2 gearbox oil

Hello

Anybody uses other oil different than the xeramic dd2 oil for the gearbox? maybe ATF o any other oil?

and another question about the Brake Fluid because i need to flush. I have Dot4 ate typ200 fluid used in my cars (my Kart brake system uses dot4) but you recomend any like other fluid like Motul RBF700 or something like ap racing?

ATF is only good for balance gears on single speed engines (under no load). It’s too thin for the DD2 gear case.

The original one from rotax is pretty good. No need to replace it

Thanks for the help, because someone recommends me the KZ gear oil so im not going to make any change with the oil .

About the brake fluid you have any recommendation for dot4 or dot5.1? or any automotive sporty fluid works well?

I think for karting, the RBF 600 etc is not necessary. I’d just use the regular Motul DOT 4 or 5.1.
