I have been trying to find out the best type of chassis protection. Most of the manufactured pieces don’t line up with the holes on my floor pan and did not want to drill more holes. So I decided to make my own. The first one was out of a black cutting board but as you can see from the pictures did not last. The second one was made out of black PVC pipe.

I assume you heated up the PVC to do some of the shaping? Looks pretty good.

These ones were not made by me but I will prob make up a similar set.
They’re 1.5mm stainless, they could be a bit wider ideally.

Wider would provide more protection.
