I’m surprised at how late he gets on the throttle

Thats how you drive the x30s because when you hit the throttle your inside tire doesn’t jack so your kart doesn’t turn well and you scrub speed.

Be more assertive, the driver in front held you up for most of that video. Your corner speed was higher then them and at least once you are closer enough to touch their rear bumper but you don’t make the move.

ya that’s what I should have done but it was happy hour so I really just wanted to get a lap in. Altho the other kid was quite fast we went 1st and 3rd in the session.
