Can we have a list of engine builders with their contact information?
Great timing! A karting business directory is on my list of things to consider implementing. Not on the forums but a separate site with location awareness yadda yadda. Literally was looking at this in my tasks less than 5 mins ago
For now I’ll add to the topic:
Also should have what they specialize in. KA’s? Shifters?
The more information the better, James can add all info in the business directory.

@Alan_Dove do you have some builders from the UK?
Haha… Didn’t know you are from down under Dom.
You have some builders to add?
Nope! It just occurred to me that kangaroos weren’t being adequately represented. (Shouldn’t it be truly intl?) I’m guessing @Tank and the other Aussies have some names for the listing.
I’m actually from New Jersey, home of many deer and big hair.

Hey Mike, do you know of any in the DFW area? I think Sean at DKC does some rebuild work and I could avoid the shipping cost. Or would it be worth it to send it to a bigger outfit? I know Woltjer is pretty common around here.
Woltjer is in Oklahoma, so several people I know will either drive it there from the Dallas area, or have less in shipping costs. I think there is one other in the Dallas area, SRS Engines. In Lubbuck, there is 709 Engines.
I go to P1 Engines for my KAs because he does great work, answers my text and emails really quickly. Also, he’s got integrity and is a great guy. He is a one man shop (for the most part) so he does all the work himself. I chose to go with him when he offered the engines his son uses to anyone willing to pay list price for the engine. So, he doesn’t hold the best motors for just him or top racers.
