Exhaust gasket sealing ring cracked

I’ve noticed there is a crack in my exhaust gasket seal ring on the Rotax senior evo. Does it need immediate replacement or nothing to worry about?

If the exhaust gas pressure still activates RAV valve on an EVO, I’d replace it sooner than later.
