You get x number of incident points before you are removed.

I don’t really know what they’re trying to accomplish with those. They only block off the access road. It’s not like anyone was getting an advantage by using that asphalt. If you got it wrong you could use the access road up until it ran out. Then have to drive through the grass to get back to the apron. Now they just guarantee that you’ll tear your stuff up. Seems completely unnecessary.

It’s counter clockwise. The view in your last photo is coming back onto the oval and heading into nascar 3. The white plastic tears up splitters too. Nobody goes over to the yellow turtles. Those white pieces killed two $17k splitters on our car this year. They get caught under the jabrock and transfer all of the energy into the mounts.
