Found a turn key ‘21 Comet - good deal?

My son found a local 2021 Comet with LO206, Mychron 4, and stand for $4k. Is this a fair, good, or great deal?

Would help better determine the value and condition of the package.

Would definitely need a look over. Any cracks in the frame or uneven frame could be a major headache.
