Yea, my take is they were either genuinely fed that themselves or they were just giving you some bs basically so you just accept it and they get the kart off their hands.
As I said, unless I see a release from OTK saying this only then would I believe it 100%. Go to youtube and type in power republic…he has several videos on front end alignment with snipers and he uses a brand new OTK… I’m almost sure one was a 2019…with all the pills neutral the camber always reads zero side to side, lasers overlay 100%. He even checks the caster with the ruler…same thing 100% the same side to side.
