Help Birel Front Wheel Nut for stud fitment issue

Guys,

The build is finally being completed a year later! I went to mount the front wheel only to find out I can’t thread the 8mm wheel nut into the front wheel cavity! Nor will a socket fit once the nut gets threaded into the stud cavity?

What am I missing here? Is there a special nut? Tool? Do I need to add washers/spacers?

Please Help!

You need the small 8mm flange nut. They use a 10mm socket so it can fit in. All the shops carry them.

Get the Birel ones if you haven’t ordered them yet. Definitely better quality than the Douglas.
