Is it normal to have a little play in the Hilliard clutch drum?

While attempting to service my Hilliard Flame clutch for the first time I noticed some play in the hub/sprocket assembly. I verified with the diagram that I am not missing any clutch washers and the bolt is torqued to as close as I can to spec.

Is this normal? :man_shrugging:

Looks good to me, normally there is some play in the drum which goes away when the clutch engages. Doesn’t look abnormal.
