I’ve noticed their social media hasn’t been updated in quite some time. I sent and email asking about a suit for my 9 yo a week ago and haven’t heard anything. After seeing their work and listening to their interviews I was really interested.

No, exactly the opposite. They’re swamped. If you need expedited service or think they lost your order, call during California business hours.
