Is this worth anything or should I scrap it, I was told that it’s really old and parts would be hard to come by.
Looks like a 15-20 year old Birel. Could be value for old school racers looking for a project, assuming it’s straight and not cracked.

Do you have the rest of the parts? If not, it would take a lot of patience to find them. I mean MRP still has them all probably but lord knows they’d be at full retail. 
TJ is bang on - I’d place an R30CY around 2007-2010 range. The RX30 came out in 2008 and the RY30’in 2009 and that was pretty much the end of the R30 era.
