Looks like Lewis behind Nico, too.
Definitely not Lewis, pretty sure he only ran Topkart in Europe in JICA. Might be Franck Perera but not sure.
Here’s Lewis in his Euro JICA days. He ran with Zip Kart in the UK and their JICA kart was built by Topkart so he went to Topkart in Europe initially.
Next one, who is this, clue, he didn’t race karts very long so the image is rubbish.

Randy Bakker? Maybe, i think i see a dutch flag on the side and its Koene driver which he was in FSA.
Edit: I’m doubling down on Randy Baker, there were only 3 dutch drivers in 1999 JICA Euros, and the other two were on CRG (Van Der Garde) and Kosmic (Garritsen).
No more clues lol!
