I made this one for my buddy Michael…
Imma send this to my gf
Good idea. She would be nuts not to consider it carefully. If you need it customized, lmk.
it went thrugh kinda… she said if she can borrow my old kart for like 2 days we can drive
Great now i just have to find some old seat and some pedal extended thingys
@Bimodal_Rocket
If she’s really short compared to you how about just a foam seat insert? That can move her feet a lot closer. The rental kart guys probably have some for the rental operations.
Yeah great idea! She is just like 10cm shorter
That’s active aero for braking maybe!
My race director wasn’t too pleased when I stood up and spread my arms in a wing suit under braking
I’ve heard of weight reduction strategies, but ditching the seat . . .
thats a really good one

Anyway, fresh one from today.
For reference, Rock Island track layout:
It’s convenient that there’s a Goodyear dealership on the race route.
I think the better caption would be, “When you drive a shifter with one hand through 80% of the course!”
I love it.
Racing, you complete me.
This is simply awesome!
In my twisted mind the puzzle pieces that make up the driver represent all the bits of experience, understanding, etc. the driver has accumulated - the individual elements of racing. You can do fine without that last piece, but if you put the work in to get it, and slip it in place, then all those individual pieces come alive and get integrated into a grand matrix of understanding, sensitivity, confidence… everything, including a bit of understanding about yourself and beyond.
