I bought this in '23 and used it almost exclusively for karting across town. It is set up for two karts and includes both the rack and the wheeled trailer jack. The rack is rated for 800lbs, so the limit to what size of kart you can put up there is limited by what you can lift. The Kid Kart was easy with two people though. It is towable behind any car rated for 2,000lbs, and it fits comfortably in a single garage bay. Ratchet straps and karts are not included. Title in hand.
