Metric bolt pattern issues

I have a set of 5 inch kart wheels that are american bolt pattern, but I have switched karts recently and want to know if there is a template that I can use to drill those wheels to make them metric bolt pattern

Not sure what you mean by bolt pattern? You mean the pitch circle diameter?

Won’t work, the pilot hole (center hole) is larger on the American wheels, that has to be the correct fit or the studs will fail.
