Mini ROK rev limiter?

Hi folks!

At a local race last week I was talking with one of the more knowledgeable track workers and racer himself and he said that the Mini ROK by Vortex has a built in rev limiter in the ignition controller. ( module?)
That was news to me and a few others.

What do you all think or preferably know?
And it if true, what’s the upper limit in RPMs?
