First one is mine. Wires came loose and dragged until I could no longer start my kart.
This second one is the result of not righting the main bolt on a vortex clutch.
good thread topic. What do you mean by righting the main bolt?
Like the one time I raced my x30 with no cooling and can’t read without reading glasses so I ignore the mychron saying “Hey Dumbass, you are Chernobyling your engine!”?

It’s not because I haven’t made my share of mistakes. I’m usually too embarrassed to have any photo documentation.
I left a wheel loose once. That is my biggest shame. Not only the fact that it ruined our sessions, it cost $50 for penalty but mostly because I could have hurt someone.
