Hey @AndreLafond, what kind of behind the scenes work have you been doing, and in what area(s) have you experienced improvements?
Clearly he’s been lifting. I was surprised at the post race interview how muscly he’s gotten.
Andre’s win, timestamped. Super karts right after, as well.

Oh for sure, ranked leaderboard material.
Its mainly been mental work that has made the most difference, just more self belief, and being more a bit more relaxed.

Excellent! Are you doing some kind of structured program, or just working on things yourself? Either way, it seems to be working for you. 
Not really a structured program, working on things myself and just headspace/mindset tweaks.
