Mychron 5S not charging

Hi all,

Recently I went to charge the battery on my Mychron 5S and when I put the battery on the charger the green light doesn’t come on, but when I take the battery off the charger the red light comes on.

I just wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this issue. Not sure if I need to purchase a new battery or charger?

I had the USB power supply die on mine. Its probably not your issue but worth shot. Make sure the contacts are clean on the battery too.
