Hi everyone!
Wondering if anyone has had issues with the MC4 Picture Manager and the data key.
My data key uploads/downloads data and firmware without issues. The problem starts when I try to use picture manager and connect to the MC4. It keep giving me a ‘usb timeout error’ . I have the latest firmware and drivers loaded on computer, MyChron and data key
