Adding to this…. Perhaps it’s cracked somewhere causing it to flex unusually?
I had a chain that kept popping off because I had a small crack in the weld at the seat post area.

The chassis was a brand new 2021 chassis this spring. I have’t seen any cracked welds but will closely examine next chance. As for alignment it aligns well on the lasers and scales correctly, but I suppose there could be something goofy going on with the 3rd rail maybe?
Have you tried a chain from a different manufacturer/ supplier?
